Technical Support to Sales provides specialized technical support to internal and external customers including veterinarians, pet owners, farmers, consultants, etc.:

• Evaluates product needs in accordance to customers technical specifications.
• Handles customer inquiries and education of products.
• Collects information on and handles technical issues and complaints, reporting these back to the company.
• May assist sales and marketing by providing technical knowledge and support, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials are technically accurate.

A Specialist applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency:

• Work is closely supervised.
• Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
