Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation seeks a F5 Network Engineer to implement and support F5 solutions for client projects. This role provides Level 2 technical support, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with customers and partners to ensure timely resolution.

The engineer will support systems under warranty and maintenance agreements and pursue additional F5 certifications and training to stay current with technology trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in F5 project implementation and support.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy F5 solutions for client projects.
• Provide technical support for F5 systems under warranty and maintenance agreements.
• Handle Level 2 support and troubleshoot issues in F5 environments.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported technical issues promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to F5 partners or vendors and coordinate until resolution.
• Work with internal teams and customers during implementation and post-deployment support.
• Ensure proper documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions.
