Job summary

IGO TECHONOLOGIES in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer specializing in Network Engineering to ensure production systems and network services run smoothly. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and drive improvements across F5 load balancers, DDI, and Cisco ACI environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams to maintain high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Network Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancer.
• Hands-on experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing network performance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and ensure the smooth functioning and availability of production systems and services.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Network Engineering.
• Monitor network and system health and address operational issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Manage and support F5 Load Balancers, DDI, and ACI environments.
• Apply knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify potential issues and maintain system health.
