Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related analytical discipline.
• 5–10 years of managerial experience in F&B systems and supply chain planning.
• Experience with store inventory control and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMS inventory modules, stock workflows, and store integration audits.
• Lead process improvements for stock forecasting, inventory variance tracking, and waste management.
• Provide data-driven insights on menu costing, yield optimization, and F&B supply chain logistics.
