Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a seasoned F&B Systems & Inventory Manager to optimize store-level inventory, forecast demand, and streamline RMS integrations across our restaurant networks.

You will drive cost efficiency through data-driven menu costing, waste reduction, and supply chain planning, leading cross-functional teams to improve stock workflows and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related engineering/analytical disciplines.
• 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in F&B systems, supply chain planning, and store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMS inventory modules, stock workflows, and store integration audits.
• Lead process improvement for stock forecasting, inventory variance tracking, and food waste management.
• Provide data-driven insights on menu costing, yield optimization, and F&B supply chain logistics.
