Our Clients is seeking a proficient F&B Systems & Inventory Manager to optimize store-level inventory management, supply planning workflows, and restaurant system integrations to reduce waste and costs.

Responsibilities include overseeing RMS inventory modules, stock workflows, and audits; driving forecasting accuracy; and delivering data-driven insights for menu costing, yield, and supply chain logistics in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related analytical disciplines.
• 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in F&B systems, supply chain planning, and store inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Restaurant Management System (RMS) inventory modules, stock workflows, and store integration audits.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for stock forecasting, inventory variance tracking, and food waste management.
• Provide data-driven insights on menu costing, yield optimization, and F&B supply chain logistics.
