Job summary

Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay is seeking a courteous waiter/waitress to join our hotel team on the island of Boracay. The role requires delivering attentive service across dining areas, presenting menu options, and ensuring guest satisfaction in collaboration with the restaurant team.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel or resort, a degree in hotel management, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktails.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as waiter/waitress in a 5* hotel/resort.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, including menu, wine, and cocktail offerings, is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities
• Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
• Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with Crimson policy and procedures.
• Contributes to Crimson growth by identifying and communicating potential development opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with owning company and keeps fully aware of its organizational and operating structure.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

Qualifications:
