Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Marketing Executive for Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan. The role focuses on driving campaigns, events, and digital marketing to elevate guest experiences and brand presence.

The candidate will coordinate with F&B, Culinary, Sales, and Marketing teams, manage social media and email campaigns, and ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels. 1 year of marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
• Experience in handling food and beverage brands preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across F&B, Culinary, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in translating marketing plans into actionable campaigns and timelines.
• Coordinate events, tastings, trade shows, and activations with vendors and media.
• Support ATL and BTL campaigns across print, radio, and digital channels.
• Manage social media calendars, posts, and audience engagement.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
