Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. As a trainee you will learn all aspects of our operations—from beverage preparation to customer service and inventory management.

Gain hands-on experience in a high-energy environment, receive training, and explore wide career opportunities within our brand. Prior POS/cash handling experience is a plus; however, willingness to learn and strong English communication

Qualifications

• Vocational or higher education in food & beverage management or related field.
• Experience in food & beverage prep or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to be trained and learn continuously.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Availability for peak hours, including nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced team.
• POS and cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain specials, take orders, and handle payments.
• Prepare tea drinks and beverages per standard recipes.
• Clean and restock dining areas, sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Learn about beverage blends and food preparation.
• Take inventories and assist in stock management.
• Work as part of a lively team.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls.
