Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is hiring a barista to welcome customers, take orders, and prepare a wide range of beverages including milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty drinks. You will learn recipes, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced cafe setting.

Fresh graduates with barista training are encouraged; experience in beverage shops is a plus. Tattoo allowed if concealable.

Qualifications

Graduate of 4-year Food & Beverage course or college level; Senior High School with NCII accepted.
At least 1 year experience in casual dine-in or fast food is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with on-the-job training as barista welcome.

Responsibilities

Promotes company products by educating customers; prepares and serves a variety of drinks.
Welcomes customers by determining their interests and needs.
Educates customers by presenting and explaining the drink menu; answers questions.
Prepares and sells drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
Receives and processes payments; keeps the bar area clean.
Maintains inventories by replenishing supplies and stocking.
Keeps equipment operating; follows maintenance and safety regulations.
Communicates customer feedback to managers and suggests new menu items.
