Job summary

CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice is seeking a Management Trainee to lead store operations, train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced setting in Lucena, Philippines. Roles include beverage preparation, inventory tasks, and handling customer inquiries with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.

• Good command of English and leadership abilities.
• Able to work in a high-energy, fast-paced team.
• POS machine experience and cash handling is a plus.
