Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan seeks a proactive F&B Sales Executive to drive revenue across all F&B outlets, catering, and events, building new business and nurturing key accounts in a luxury resort setting.

You will prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, coordinate with culinary teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery that upholds the brand promise. This is an on-site role in Mactan, Cebu; immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales or related programs.
• At least 2 years related work experience.
• Strong communication skills and digital savviness.
• On-site work eligibility in Mactan, Cebu; immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages F&B revenue streams including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, catering, and events.
• Solicits and generates F&B business and maintains client relationships.
• Prepares proposals, menus, packages, and event quotations with F&B and Culinary teams.
• Negotiates pricing, menu inclusions, and venue details within approved rates.
• Coordinates with Operations and Culinary teams for smooth event execution.
• Promotes seasonal campaigns and special dining experiences.
• Attends networking events, expos, and community groups to generate leads.
• Maintains accurate client records and submits sales reports.
