Job summary

Quest Plus Conference Center Manila seeks a Cost Control Supervisor to direct cost control functions involving food and beverage costs, inventory management, and accounting of operating expenses. The role reports to the Cost Controller and focuses on profitability through accurate cost monitoring and compliance with policies.

The incumbent should possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations, F&B production, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control within hotel operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting systems and hotel cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily and monthly cost reports for review by the Cost Controller.
• Ensures accurate inventory records, counts, and charges in Business Central.
• Oversees cost control processes across Food & Beverage and related departments.
• Conducts month-end/year-end inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounts Payable to ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
• Supports fixed asset accounting and depreciation reporting where applicable.
• Upholds company policies and contributes to guest satisfaction and service standards.
