Job summary

Seda Hotels Group is seeking an F&B Supervisor in Makati to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, with a strong focus on mixology and beverage quality. You will lead and coach the F&B team, ensure service excellence, and manage cost controls to achieve departmental targets.

You will supervise beverage program development, inventory, and guest engagement, while ensuring adherence to Seda's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in F&B operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Ability to develop beverage menus and manage cost controls.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations to ensure efficient service and standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portions, and timeliness.
• Ensure restaurant and bar setup, cleanliness, and readiness for service.
• Lead pre-shift briefings on operations, reservations, promotions, guest preferences.
• Address guest feedback and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
• Supervise bar operations, quality and presentation of beverages, and mixology.
• Develop and recommend cocktails, seasonal drinks, and signature beverages.
• Assist in beverage menus, recipes, presentation guidelines, and pricing.
• Control inventory of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Monitor beverage consumption, wastage, and losses; maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Supervise and coach restaurant and bar staff; assign duties and staffing.
• Provide on-the-job training on service standards, beverage knowledge, and upselling.
• Monitor grooming, attendance, discipline, and adherence to procedures.
• Provide feedback and training recommendations to improve performance.
• Support revenue targets through service, upselling, and promotions.
• Track daily sales, average check, and beverage sales mix.
• Implement approved cost-control measures; assist budgetary control.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Purchasing, Finance, Housekeeping, and others for smooth operations.
• Participate in inventory counts, audits, and departmental meetings.
• Perform other duties to support operational objectives.
