Job summary

Cebu Safari and Adventure Park is seeking a Food & Beverages and Banquet Manager to oversee F&B and banquet operations within budget and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• Strong computer software knowledge: MS Office, restaurant management software, POS.
• Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Able to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Guest-oriented and service-minded.
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.

• Manage all F&B operations within budget and standards.
• Maintain excellent internal and external customer service.
• Design menus, purchase goods, and pursue improvements.
