Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out lead-generating and conversion activities that support iACADEMY's enrollment goals
• Serve as a visible ambassador of iACADEMY in all school visits, orientations, public events, and marketing collaterals
• Build, expand, and sustain strong partnerships with schools, organizations, and industries, ensuring iACADEMY has a growing network of B2B partners that serve as effective lead sources
• Keep the B2B partner database accurate, updated, and actively managed, with regular follow-ups and engagement activities
• Organize, coordinate, and implement orientations, roadshows, activations, and other external initiatives in coordination with Admissions, Corporate Communications, and other key departments
• Represent iACADEMY through hosting, talks, presentations, activations, advertisements, video features, digital campaigns, and other external engagements
• Process and coordinate iACADEMY's participation in external fairs, activations, exhibits, engagements, and similar opportunities
• Partner with Corporate Communications to produce ambassador-focused campaigns aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, Admissions, Academics, IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging, proper support, and integrated strategies in lead generation and brand promotion
• Provide timely and comprehensive reports on events, partnerships, lead conversions, and relationship-building activities
