Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or external manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and supplier performance.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience within regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.

This role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply, managing production and inventory performance, driving issue resolution, and leading cross-functional initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Planning.
