Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate, preferably Customs or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Knowledgeable in export/import procedures.
• Computer literate.
• Demonstrates good working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all documents related to import shipments, export shipments, domestic deliveries, and constructive exportations.
• Handle renewal and application of Letters of Authority (LOA) in compliance with government regulations
• In-charge in timely processing of export documents and domestic deliveries.
• Immediately report any non-conformance, discrepancies, or problems encountered during operations to the immediate superior
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and logistics activities.
• Maintains good relationship with forwarders and government agencies 7 Timely recording of delivery transaction and submission of summarized liquidation ledger of 8106/8105 to PEZA.
• Reports immediately to immediate superior any non-conformance/problem encountered during the performance of this job function for immediate resolution and action.
• Submits at least one (1) improvement/Kaizen per month.
• Does other job as assigned by immediate superior
