You will coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs officials, prepare shipping documents, monitor payments (LC, TT, advance), and lead the EXIM team toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

Role Overview: The EXIM Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating logistics, and optimizing the supply chain for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with DGFT, FEMA, GST, and other regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs officials.
• Prepare and review shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, LC documents, etc.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor foreign exchange, payment methods (LC, TT, advance), and related financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for import-export operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and dashboards related to shipments, costs, and performance.
• Support management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and supplier/vendor negotiations.
• Lead and guide the EXIM team for smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
