Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire seasoned portfolio managers who can help train advanced language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start, requiring 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives, plus expert-level documentation and reporting.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced portfolio managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for portfolio managers with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreadsheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets, and stage-gate review packets.

Compensation

$70/hour
