Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking an Accountant (Employee Expense) to ensure accurate processing of employee expense transactions across the Philippines and international operations. The role handles reimbursements, cash advances, liquidations, and related fund replenishments in accordance with company policy.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree, GAAP experience, familiarity with SAP Concur, and is open to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience with GAAP.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig with a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process employee reimbursements, cash advances, and liquidations.
• Monitor timely liquidation of cash advances and ensure unspent funds are returned.
• Submit cross-charging bills to SBU and prepare VAT relief reports.
• Report issues to Team Leader and seek resolution.
