Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations across the group. You will reconcile payroll accounts, support audits, and collaborate with BU HR and store teams.

The role covers timekeeping data prep, deductions setup, final pay processing, remittances, and reporting. Open to fresh graduates; familiarity with GAAP and payroll rules is a plus; hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting Technology or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience in General Accounting and Payroll is a plus.
• Knowledge on payroll Tax, SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig implementing rules and guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Office application; knowledge of General Ledger Accounting and Journal entries.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working setup (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home/week).

Responsibilities

• Validate manhours data, employees master data and headcount.
• Uploads/encode manhours data to payroll system, based on defined cut-offs.
• Set-up new loans and other deductions before cut-off.
• Prepare and upload requested payroll adjustments.
• Perform validations based on payroll criteria and validation rules.
• Prepare and compute Final pay of separated employees with accuracy and timeliness.
• Check completeness and validity of documents for payouts.
• Process payout based on agreed timeline.
• Prepare schedule, validate and submit approved RFP for government contributions and loans.
• Execute payments to government agencies on or before due date.
• Prepare and validate BIR 2316 form, 13th month DOLE report, DOLE inspection, and PSA to government agencies.
• Prepares and maintains payroll related schedules for audits and compliance.
• Prepare and validate company billing related to franchise and borrowed employees.
• Accomplish payroll SLA Dashboard.
• Provide Headcount and Manpower Mix Reports to company-owned stores.
• Perform and validate output of Payroll for required test scenarios during system enhancements.
