Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager - Site Acquisition to identify and secure new store locations in the Metro Manila area.

You will manage the end-to-end site selection, feasibility, lease negotiations, and store opening coordination to strengthen the Alfamart brand and profitability. The role requires leading site surveyors, coordinating with landowners, and ensuring compliant, efficient expansion projects from site selection through opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in site acquisition, business expansion, property management, or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new store locations to support growth strategy.
• Manage end-to-end site acquisition process including feasibility studies and lease negotiations.
• Lead site surveyors and coordinate with land owners.
• Oversee expansion projects from site selection to store opening with internal/external teams.
• Coordinate with construction for store completion.
• Maintain lease records and assist in lease negotiations and document prep.
• Foster relationships with lessors and real estate developers.
• Negotiate rent concessions and contract amendments to optimize costs.
