Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager - Site Acquisition to identify and develop new store locations to support growth, manage end-to-end site selection, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, and store opening coordination in Cavite.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in business or real estate, 2–4 years in site acquisition or related fields, strong knowledge of real estate laws, and excellent communication.

• 2–4 years of experience in site acquisition, business expansion, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site acquisition and store expansion
• Manage and lead site surveyors
• Meeting and negotiating with land owners
• Oversee end to end retail expansion projects from site selection to store opening including internal and external coordination.
• Coordinate with the construction team for store completion.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, including lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
• Assist in lease negotiations and lease document preparation.
• Foster strong relationships with lessors and real estate developers.
• Manages rent concessions and move out by negotiating discounted rates and facilitating contract amendments to optimize costs and minimize liabilities
• Conducts due diligence on property documents. Checks zoning laws, land restriction and compliance of sites for acquisition

Job Summary:

The Business Development Assistant Manager - Site Acquisition will be responsible for

identifying and developing new store locations to support the company's growth strategy. They

manage the end- to-end process of site selection, feasibility studies, lease negotiations, and

store opening coordination. Through strategic planning and market analysis, they ensure that

each location strengthens the brand's presence and maximizes the profitability.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Willing to be assigned at Alfamart Distribution Center, Daiichi Industrial Park Special Economic zone, Block 3, Lot 2, Maguyam, Silang, Cavite
