1. Interpretation & Translation (Primary Role)
Provide interpretation for the Japanese Representative (non-English speaker) during internal meetings, training, and external coordination
Translate training manuals, SOPs, reports, and documents submitted to Japan HQ (JP ↔ EN)
Assist in preparing and managing required documents and submissions
Handle document control and file management
2. Operational Support During the Absence of Japanese Staff (Secondary Role)
As the company is in its start-up phase, flexibility is required to support various departments.
QA support
HR support (recruitment assistance, document management, etc.)
Administrative tasks (general office admin, supplies management, visitor assistance, etc.)

JLPT N2 or N1 Japanese fluency is needed.
Can read Kanji and Hiragana, translate in Japanese by using tools.
Open for challenge to other tasks (HR, QA, and Admin)
Need to have a working visa in PH.
