Dynamic Talent Solutions in Pasig on-site seeks a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a background as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant. The role is full-time and supports approximately 100 FTEs, driving people management, change management, strategic planning, coaching, and escalation handling.

Priority is given to EA/VA backgrounds; BPO experience is acceptable only with strong EA leadership.
