Multiplymii LLC in the Philippines is seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to act as the operational engine for the sales team, protecting the time of AEs and coordinating the sales cycle from CRM management to cross-functional wrangling. The role emphasizes fast-paced, detail-oriented project management and strong English communication with enterprise clients.

The candidate will drive deal orchestration, prepare proposals, and streamline post-sale handoffs to Customer Success, ensuring accuracy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced sales support, deal desk, sales operations or complex project coordination role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or complex hardware/software company with long sales cycles is required.
• Able to draft complex proposals, SOWs, or technical quotes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project manager for all open deals in the pipeline, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Logistics to push contracts forward.
• Intercept internal questions to keep AEs focused on client-facing work.
• Draft initial drafts for proposals and RFQs, perform initial solution design and device mapping.
• Manage the Closed Won process and hand over to Customer Success with complete context.
• Maintain accurate deal information, including stages, close dates, and PO numbers.
• Log discovery notes, map stakeholders, and document follow-ups within 24 hours of AE meetings.
• Schedule, document routing, and tracking for client-facing logistics.
• Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and help build reusable sales assets.
