Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring an Airline Reservations Agent for an airport-based role in the Philippines. You will handle bookings, ticketing, and re-bookings while delivering excellent service to passengers and corporate clients.

The position requires proficiency in air ticketing and GDS systems (Amadeus) with at least two years of reservations experience; Mandarin speakers are preferred. You must be able to stand for long periods and work shift hours.

Salary: $2800 - $3100

Working hours: Shift Hours (5 Days a week)

Work Location: Airport

Able to work shift hours

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reservations and ticketing.

• Proficiency in air ticketing and Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus.

• Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to standing for long periods.
