VXI Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership, corporate, and executive roles in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and direct headhunting to attract top passive and active candidates, while delivering a superior candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 5+ years recruitment experience, with exposure to corporate/global leadership or specialized hiring.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
• BPO or shared services recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Amenable to work onsite and willing to work US Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for global leadership, corporate, and executive openings.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting of passive candidates.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring strategies.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess leadership capabilities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation trends to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely movement of candidates while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding requirements.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and service level agreements.

Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of global leadership and executive-level positions across VXI. The role leads talent mapping, market research, candidate engagement, and headhunting strategies to attract high-caliber passive and active talent while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for global leadership, corporate, and executive-level openings.
• Conduct proactive sourcing, market mapping, and headhunting of passive candidates through various channels and networks.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidate fit, experience, and leadership capabilities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation trends to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely movement of candidates throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and support pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and service level agreements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to corporate, global leadership, executive, or specialized hiring.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and senior stakeholders.
• BPO or shared services recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Must be amenable to work onsite
• Must be willing to work on a US dayshift schedule (Pacific Time).
