Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an exceptional Project CEO to lead development progression, commercial structuring, and execution of a large-scale renewable energy portfolio.

You will steer multi-project strategy from development through FID readiness, oversee construction handover, and secure bankable structures with robust offtake, grid access, and investor confidence across regional assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in utility-scale renewable energy development across all phases (Development → FID → Construction → Operations).
• Proven history of taking complex renewable projects through permitting, grid access, and financial close (FID).
• Experience working with top-tier infrastructure funds, investment committees, or international IPPs.
• Strong expertise in commercial structuring, project finance, offtake strategy, and EPC/O&M negotiations.
• Exceptional communication skills to navigate regulatory environments and build partnerships in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership & Portfolio Strategy: Own development progression across projects with milestones in permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial structuring.
• Commercial Optimization & Value Creation: Lead PPA/offtake strategies, contracting frameworks, and cost optimization to create bankable structures.
• Investment Decision & Execution Oversight: Prepare assets for FID and oversee construction handover for delivery.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Act as the executive face to government authorities, regulators, lenders, and JV partners.
• Team & Resource Management: Direct local delivery teams and shared platform resources to drive cross-project synergy.
