Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager for the COO Office/Markets Operations & Controls to drive governance, financial discipline, and strategic execution. You will craft executive materials, manage stakeholder communications, and lead reporting processes across senior leadership teams.

The role requires deep financial and operational acumen, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, while maintaining discretion at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Manager / COO Office / Strategy / Operations role within financial services.
• Deep understanding of Markets and/or Operations environments.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality executive-level materials and messaging.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost management).
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proactive, trusted, and able to operate with discretion and judgement at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• COO Office Governance: act as trusted advisor, coordinate priorities, manage governance rhythms.
• Executive Reporting & Communications: produce high-quality executive materials and narratives.
• Financial Management & Oversight: assist budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline.
• Operational Discipline & Business Management: establish leadership meeting cadences, KPI reporting, MI standards.
