Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to provide governance, planning and assurance across the Markets Operations Transformation portfolio. You will support MOAT and broader transformation, ensuring transparency, control and timely reporting to senior governance forums.

The role requires experience delivering structured PMO processes, RAID management, milestone control and financial tracking, with hands-on use of Clarity or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO role within an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, delivery planning, RAID management, action tracking, milestone control and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience using Clarity or similar project/portfolio management tools for planning and financial control.
• Experience supporting governance forums, including agenda management, pack production, minutes, decisions and action tracking.

Responsibilities

• Operate as PMO across the Markets Operations Transformation portfolio, ensuring governance and reporting controls.
• Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio delivery including scope, RAID, decisions and financials.
• Own and maintain coordinated delivery plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and timelines.
• Support investment planning, consolidating lines of business and cross-market requests.
• Maintain RAID view and ensure delivery status and executive reporting are aligned.
• Produce clear reporting for senior forums and provide concise progress updates.
