Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Night-shift hours required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating executive schedules and meetings to facilitate smooth operations.
• Overseeing strategic initiatives and projects, confirming alignment with organizational goals.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Supporting leadership by representing their perspectives in meetings and decision-making processes.
• Organizing and facilitating leadership team calls and meetings to promote effective communication.
• Conducting research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Promoting consistent execution across sectors and collaborating across lines of service.
• Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and tools for enhanced sales and delivery.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance.
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary.
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
