Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an HR Operations and Admin Head to lead two critical enabling functions: HR Operations and Administration. You will shape compensation, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and workplace services, working with HR partners and business leaders to deliver excellent service and cost efficiency.

You will drive policy improvements, manage the HR budget, and oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with strong HR operations background.
• 10+ years combined experience in HR operations and/or administration management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multi-functional teams.
• Experience leading organization-wide projects or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads HR tactical operations across compensation & benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and talent onboarding.
• Directs compensation strategies ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Owns HR budget and monitors allocations to meet HR and admin requirements.
• Drives HR policies, systems, and workflows to maintain accurate databases and smooth payroll processes.
• Leads job analysis and salary structuring for equity and consistency.
• Oversees administration of benefits programs and compliance with government regulations.
• Partners with SHE and Facility Groups to ensure workplace safety and 6S program implementation.
• Manages administration operations including Workplace, Travel, and Fleet management.
• Oversees contracted services, SLAs, and performance reviews to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
