Job summary

You will develop and implement policies, supervise inspections, manage inventories and budgets, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to address guest needs while maintaining safety and service quality. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel housekeeping supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, room inspections, inventory control and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently achieved.
• Develop, implement, and monitor housekeeping policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to address guest concerns and operational requirements.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment, ensuring proper inventory control and cost management.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, schedules, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, health and safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.
• Recommend improvements to housekeeping procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
