Job summary

The role includes monitoring vehicle cleanliness, maintenance schedules, and ensuring company vehicles stay in good operating condition, with familiarity of local routes and offices. You will process documents to government agencies and partners, maintain confidentiality, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; vocational course is an advantage.
• Valid professional driver's license with appropriate restriction codes.
• Experience as Executive/Company driver or similar role.
• Familiarity with local roads, government offices.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and willing to travel as needed.
• Flexible with work schedules, including extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO for meetings and official activities.
• Provide driving support to employees, guests, and officers as authorized.
• Process and deliver company documents to government agencies, banks, suppliers, and partner offices.
• Handle permits, registrations, renewals, and other liaison transactions.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel logs, mileage records, and maintenance documentation.
• Report vehicle concerns, repairs, or incidents promptly.
• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and safe driving practices at all times.
