Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant – Executive Compensation to review compensation data, validate inputs, and support clients with data interpretation and reporting. You will engage with clients to resolve data issues and contribute to report production and client trainings.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR/data analysis, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics; other majors considered.
• 3–5 years in HR, research, data analysis, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently in a data operations role and multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for compensation data and interpretation.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular communications.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments.
• Conduct client training webinars as needed.
• Assist in production of compensation and survey reports and design/modify reports for client use.
• Assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects.
