• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a senior culinary role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, menu engineering, food cost control, and banquet operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing culinary teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Results-driven with a passion for innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and associate dining.
• Develop creative menus and culinary offerings that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver successful banquets and special events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary team members while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
