Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil in the Philippines seeks an Executive Chef to lead daily meal production for multiple client accounts. You will supervise Chefs, Sous Chefs and Cooks and ensure quality food services in a high-volume kitchen environment.

DIRECT HIRE role requiring extensive supervisory experience and strong culinary leadership capabilities. A formal culinary education or equivalent experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a Chef.
• Minimum of 4 years as an Executive Chef.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in high-volume food production.
• Formal culinary education or 4 years experience as Executive Chef.
• 5 years catering/restaurant/hotel operations exposure.
• MS Office skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Chef apprenticeship and leadership qualification essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily preparation of pre-designed meals for multiple accounts.
• Lead and manage Chefs, Sous Chefs and Cooks in unit operations.
• Promote and provide quality food services.
• Head of kitchen and culinary leader of the Unit.
