In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and the CEO's office, all while receiving direct mentorship from our Executive Admin Team Manager. This position is perfect for a proactive professional who is eager to build a career in executive support and operations. We aren't just looking for someone to manage a calendar; we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually take on higher-level responsibilities.

Key Development Areas May Include

  • Research, reporting, and preparation of briefing materials
  • Confidential handling of sensitive business matters
  • Exposure to strategic planning and executive decision support
  • Leadership support during periods of rapid growth and change

We are looking for someone who sees this as more than a job. We want someone who wants to be mentored, developed, and challenged, while building the skills required to operate at the highest levels of an organization.

The right person will demonstrate humility, ownership, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to become world-class in executive support and operations. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from leadership and accelerate your professional growth in a meaningful way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted partner within the CEO Office, working closely with the Executive Admin Manager to manage complex calendars, oversee inboxes, allocate leadership time effectively, and drive daily administrative execution.
  • Act as a central liaison for the firm, managing professional internal and external communications and ensuring smooth coordination across departments, clients, investors, and vendors.
  • Track action items and deadlines across multiple teams to ensure accountability, while building and maintaining operating systems that increase efficiency across the executive function.
  • Manage complex, end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, and support the execution of leadership meetings, offsites, conferences, and company events.
  • Prepare well-researched reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting agendas to support leadership in informed decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise, handle confidential information with absolute integrity, and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift hourly.
