ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, a leading global data centre provider founded through a joint venture between Globe, Ayala, and STT GDC, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the President, CEO, and Executive Management Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, CEO, and Executive Management Team.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for multiple executives.
- Prepare, review, and edit high‑quality documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and off‑sites.
- Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables and follow‑ups for executives.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records for executives.
Professional Background and Experience
- 8–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years supporting expatriate or global C‑suite executives.
- Proven experience in supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities.
Professional Qualifications & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in executive support, office management, or project management is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in calendar and travel management across multiple time zones.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Knowledge of global business etiquette and cross‑cultural communication.
