The enterprise operates as a dynamic, dual-entity residential property development group based in New Zealand (NZ). The active development arm functions as the delivery engine that acquires sites, manages debt structuring, and oversees large-scale residential construction currently executing over 500 entry-level \"starter homes\" across active sites with a pipeline of six additional communities. Its affiliated brand vehicle serves as the design and partnership hub, collaborating closely with legal and strategic advisory partners to restructure stalled development projects and deliver attainable, high-quality housing for first-home buyers.
This role serves as the central administrative operational anchor supporting two senior directors across two related property development entities: the active development vehicle (which carries project debt and financial exposure) and the brand/intellectual property vehicle. The EA (Executive Assistant) reports directly to the Principal Director while liaising closely with partner directors to maintain calendar velocity, clean up fragmented digital workspaces, and drive core financial data entry. The core objective is to insulate executive time, impose operational structure on fast-moving residential development pipelines, and ensure cross-entity communications do not stall.
