Performs a variety of administrative support duties for the CSNO, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational procedures. Assists the CSNO in his daily meetings and schedules, resolves Administrative and Field Sales and Operations concerns. Composes, edits, and proofreads correspondences and reports and prepares regular documents. Aligns and coordinates well with other Departments.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and/or operational support to various activities of the Sales and Network Operations Department, coordinating with other departments and operating units for the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational concerns
- Keeps/files official CSNO documents, files, and records
- Plans and schedules activities when needed
- Prepares and edits correspondences and/or memoranda as directed by the CSNO and in coordination with the established policies of the company through verification from concerned departments
- Prepares, encodes, edits, and distributes agenda and/or minutes of meetings
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, appointments, and/or other similar activities for the CSNO, which may include coordinating travel and lodging arrangements and possibly planning department conferences, visitors’ itinerary and seminars
- Prepares or assists in the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports; performs basic information gathering and analysis, as specifically directed by the CSNO
- Establishes, maintains and updates files, records and/or other documents; develops and maintains data, and performs routine analyses and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports, such as sales reports and other requisition documents
- Sorts out, screens, reviews and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; composes, prepares or ensures timely responses to a variety of written inquiries, with approval from CSNO. This includes routing the mail received once screened and locating and attaching the appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the CSNO
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the CSNO

- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Qualification
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (preferred);
- Experience. At least 2–3 years of experience providing administrative or operational support to senior leadership.
