Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant (HR Analytics) and be the cornerstone of executive success. This role provides crucial support to our senior leadership team, combining calendar management, HR analytics, administrative coordination, and team support functions.
Provide support to senior leadership including coordination of team meetings, meetings agenda and notes, business trips and expense claims, internal/external events or trainings
Manage calendar for meeting rooms / venues booking, minutes taking as necessary, monitoring and follow through schedules
Liaise with customers and vendors in respect of meeting schedules and production of timely and accurate reports
Gather and assemble information and data from various sources covering workforce metrics such as turnover, hiring funnel, time to fill, internal mobility, productivity, and engagement
Assist in the preparation of related reports/presentation materials, analyzing and translating raw data into insights and recommendations, to support leadership decision-making
Manage workflow and monitoring invoices, Purchase Orders, distribution lists, expense claims
Provide admin support for new hires and exiting employees include arranging IT essential, access and onboarding/offboarding arrangements
Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for local as well as oversea visitors
Serve as a primary contact and authoritative information source on the team's activities and to respond to internal and external inquiries
Interact with team members to pro-actively offer assistance and solutions
Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant experience in supporting executives/ senior leaders within multinational organization and had dealt with coordination of different time zone meetings
Strong digital literacy, ability to leverage technology for productivity, and interpret data for informed decision-making
Passion for continuous learning, adaptability to change, and proactive upskilling in a dynamic environment
High integrity in handling confidential information, excellent time management & organizational skills, and strong communication across all levels
Self-starter with attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Prior exposure working within HR teams and understanding HR data structures, employee lifecycle datasets, and people‑related KPIs will be a huge plus
