About This Role
The Executive Assistant serves as the CEO’s strategic partner, responsible for protecting the CEO’s time, translating directives into execution, and ensuring seamless communication and follow-through across the organization and external stakeholders. This role enables the CEO to focus on high-value decisions by managing priorities, driving accountability, and maintaining clarity across all internal and external commitments.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct and strategic support to the CEO for both internal and external matters.
- Manage CEO calendar, priorities, communications, and execution tracking.
- Act as liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure all CEO directives are translated into clear actions, tracked, and completed.
- Oversee internal coordination, external engagements, and project execution.
- Ensure accountability by following up consistently until deliverables are completed and verified.
- Ensure clarity, tone consistency, and alignment in all company-wide communications.
- Organize and document meetings, ensuring proper minutes, action points, and follow-up tracking are completed.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and CEO expectations.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication or related field.
- High academic discipline or proven track record of excellence in school or professional certifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience directly supporting C-level executives, founders, or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information at executive level.
- Proactive in resolving blockers without waiting for instructions.
- Calm, composed, and highly organized personality under pressure.
