Golden Great Value Properties, Inc. (Parkmall) in Mandaue City is seeking an Events Supervisor to lead brand strategies, campaigns, promotions, and mall events across digital and in-person channels.

You will oversee event execution, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. The ideal candidate has a marketing or business degree, 3–5 years in marketing/brand/events, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership,

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business-related course.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, events management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in marketing or events.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience in the retail, mall, or leasing industry is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the planning and implementation of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, promotions, and mall events.
• Oversee event execution, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure smooth implementation of activities.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and effective marketing across digital and physical channels.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Develop partnerships with tenants, communities, influencers, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility.

Job Qualifications:
