Job summary

ARTEMISPLUS EXPRESS INC. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an Events Staff to support event execution according to approved plans.

You will monitor setup, service, buffet operations and breakdown, ensure food safety and sanitation, coordinate with the Events team, oversee attendance and inventory, and coach staff on service and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Brief and assign Events Staff according to approved event plans.
Monitor setup, service, buffet operations and event breakdown.
Ensure food service practices comply with sanitation, hygiene and food safety requirements.
Coordinate with Events Coordinator/Assistant Manager and Events Sous Chef on operational matters.
Monitor manpower attendance, punctuality and task completion.
Handle routine guest/client concerns and escape significant issues.
Check event equipment, supplies and service areas before use.
Ensure event checklists, attendance, inventory and incident reports are completed.
Monitor waste, breakage and resource utilization.
Report service failures, food safety concerns and incidents promptly.
Coach staff on service and safety procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
