Job summary

NORTH TREND MARKETING CORPORATION is seeking a BTL Marketing Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute events, brand activations, roadshows, and product launches to boost visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple brands.

You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Procurement to ensure flawless execution, strict budget control, and alignment with brand standards while managing vendors, timelines, and event staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
• With experience in event management, brand activation, BTL marketing, or trade marketing.
• Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events and activities simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work during weekends or outside regular hours when required by events.
• Must know how to drive 4-wheel vehicle

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage events and brand activations from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, venues, and other event partners.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets, manpower, materials, and overall execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of branding, merchandising, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams for dealer, retail, and consumer events.
• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities are aligned with company objectives, brand standards, and approved budgets.
