Job summary

Omnivores Manila Inc. is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages at events in Metro Manila. You will set up the bar, ensure drink quality, and provide top-notch guest service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, bar cleanliness, coordination with catering staff, and safe service of alcohol. Weekend and holiday availability, plus travel to venues, are required; NC II certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktail mixing and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays and flexible schedules.
• Willing to travel to different event venues.
• Bartending NC II certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Set up and organize the bar station before each event.
• Ensure proper presentation and quality of all drinks served.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Monitor and maintain beverage inventory and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment and work areas.
• Coordinate with catering staff and event coordinators.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with packing and dismantling bar equipment after events.
