optiBPO is hiring a Telemarketer in Clark City Front Office, Pampanga with 2–4 years of outbound calling experience. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting products, and achieving sales targets in an evening shift at the office.

You will work in an international environment with a growing team in the Philippines, handling CRM records and contributing to revenue growth through effective telemarketing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers (250 calls per week).
• Introduce products and services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Handle questions and objections effectively.
• Schedule appointments and generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.
• Update leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
